At The Latest Scoop, we want you to love your finds, but we understand if things don't always work out. We offer a 14-day window for returns on all eligible full-price merchandise to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that jewelry, intimates, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip. Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
